What keeps us
A photography project about the small things that help us keep going while living with difficult mental health.
What Keeps Us is a participatory photography project that explores the small, often overlooked moments that help us keep going during periods of difficult mental health.
This project will develop into a photographic exhibition shaped by these experiences, bringing together visual work from my lived experience alongside those that choose to share their moments.
If you would like to take part, you are invited to share something that keeps you going, a small moment, a feeling, a fragment; in whatever way feels right to you. Your contribution can remain anonymous, and you can choose how it is used.
Taking part is a chance to reflect on something that helps you keep going, and to recognise these small moments as meaningful, becoming part of a patchwork that makes the moments that keep us visible and valued.
